Appreciation....

Is a word that is commonly used around the world. Defined as a feeling or expression of admiration, approval or gratitude.( Merriam Webster Dictionary)

Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness, from the Latin word gratus 'pleasing, thankful'. Is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts. (Wikipedia)

Appreciation in simple word is a feeling of recognizing of anything that you received and experienced.

As we woke up everyday, doing our usual routine in the house. Interacting with our family, to school, and to our community. Did you even bother stopping for a minute or five to be thankful of what you have? If the answer is yes, Excellent! you are living a genuine happy life.

If no, then please do read further because this one is for you!

Did you usually feel negative, lonely, grumpy, complains all the time and feels like the world is against you?

If yes, those signs that are mentioned above may indicate that you are not able to practice the feeling of appreciation.

There's a lot of good things that you can get from appreciation alone. So let's start now and stop wasting time!

Begin to appreciate and say THANK YOU FOR.....

- Another day that you are able woke up.
- Breakfast with coffee on your table.
- A mom who takes care and love you.
- A dad who works hard to feed his family.
- A siblings who may be annoying at times but will surely protect you.
- Oh, and some pets that helps in relieving your stress.
- A home that you can return to after a long day.

- A teacher  who is patient to teach you.Someone who understands your mischiefs.
- For all the schoolworks that piles up on your table . Because you understand that this is just a part of your preparation that your teacher taught you in facing the real world.
- Classmates and friends who laughs with you, helps you at times, and creates memories with you. 
- School staffs and personnels that contribute your growth at school.

- Your neighbors that are very noisy and nosy but livens up the neighborhood. They may like to gossip all day long but they never hesitate to help.
- Barangay and community workers in doing their best to help people in need.
- To the society problems and imperfections. For they make our everyday life fun and exciting.

- And most of all, to God Almighty, for creating humanity and the universe and for giving us of what we have right now.

Everyone deserves to be happy. And it will all starts with appreciating to every little things that we have and received. We just have to always look to the positive side in every challenges we encounter and grab this chance to teach us some lesson. So stop dwelling to negativity and misery that you drowned yourself into. Because the world is too beautiful for you to stay miserable. You deserve so much more better  than you can ever imagine.
